One of my best friends from college is an architect by profession. Jean is her name and the first ten years after college, he made a name for himself in the construction industry by integrating its designs to form modular homes. He showed me a few handfuls ancient bronze doors early and copper. Some of them have become worn and stained, but showed a sense of character and history in them. I left the workshop with a renewed interest in history and a better understanding of the Passion my friend for older homes.
