The U-2 made a major appearance in the movie Thirteen Days, while the plane is initially detected missiles Soviets deployed in Cuba.
UH-1 Iroquois
The UH-1 Iroquois (Huey commonly called) was a central element of the movie We Were Soldiers. The helicopter carrying soldiers shown in the Ia Drang Valley, in the context of the new concept of chivalry, and air. The film focused mainly on flights Great Bruce Crandall, who later received the Congressional Medal of Honor for his actions during his UH-1 flight at the battle depicted in the film. Four of the UH-1 used were provided by the Georgia National Guard.
The UH-1 was important in the movie The Green Berets. The producer paid $ 18,623.64 for equipment, five to 80 hours of helicopter UH-1 and 30 to 800 man-days of military personnel outside of their regular duties.
UH-60 Black Hawk
The UH-60 Black Hawk aircraft, the title of the movie Black Hawk Down. Filmmakers paid the U.S. Department of Defense about $ 3 million for eight helicopters ships and about 100 crew members instead of filming in Morocco.
Blackhawks were also presented in the movie "Air Force One" the new was leased to the U.S. military.
V-22 Osprey
Two CV-22 Osprey (only three of the USAF inventory at the time) were filmed in flight Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, in May 2006 for the 2007 film Transformers. This inspires a multitude of Transformers toys and characters based on the eagle Osprey, including the incinerator and ruin Decepticons and Autobots Blades and Springer.

In the television series Stargate: Atlantis, Lt. Col. John Sheppard contrasts fly a V-22 Osprey "You have to use your hands and feet of it."
