How I can fix the sale price tag?
I will have a tag sale / real estate in a few weeks. My mother met many beautiful glassware, artwork and China. I know most people are in financial trouble these days, but at the same time, I do not want to be right either. I feel like I'm walking a fine line between selling to "give away" prices or selling anything. Having an evaluator with the liquidator or the estate does not cut me in everything I was hoping to make the sale. I took a couple of old books and valuable collections library, but in my lack of experience, I know I could never wait for the prices that way. Can anyone provide a "golden rule" on establishing price tag?
Look for similar items on eBay … then realizes that the price offered …. may choose to halve what you can find to sell, or go with the prices or if you think the piece is worth …. And remember, your memories and the love of a series of pieces all in the selling price … do not let your love for something to put too high a price, no not really "want to see ….. … that's what the other is willing to pay is the decisive factor, but prices a bit ….. more ….. so you have room to negotiate ….. and still get a fair price ….. ebay glass … http://i55.tinypic.com/ayu5qx.jpg eBay in China
