I'm going to Chicago this coming week, for 4ish days. What are the things to do / see?
Hello. I am a teenager (14) visits Chicago with my parents and brother (although he will be busy with an interview of course), now studio photography (film and digital), Vintage / Antique décor, fashion, etc and I'm looking for indie / interesting activities related to art, I have to do in Chicago – Museums, etc. Nothing would be too expensive good. We stay in the area of Oak Brook / Chicago center and zip code 60 523, so if there is something in place that would be good too. My parents love to visit antique shops and flea markets would be if his recommendation. Nice restaurant recommendations and assistance. Thanks in advance. : D I am looking for unusual places in Chicago that are interesting and not necessarily known.
For a restaurant, you should go to Uncle Bub. This is an impressive array of barbecue (won Ribfest Naperville, one of the world's largest), located in Westmont, not far from Oak Brook. Www.unclebubs.com elsewhere that, I agree with Wrigley and the Art Institute.
